Maleena is an experienced Executive Producer, Director, and Transformational Coach with over 18 years of experience in media and production. Renowned for her expertise in crafting powerful narratives, Maleena has spearheaded global branded documentary campaigns for brands like Nike and IKEA, developed digital series formats for platforms such as BBC Three and LADBible as well as podcasts for BBC Sounds.
Beyond her production achievements, Maleena is an accredited coach and devoted advocate for emerging and established creative talent. Her mentoring work, deeply rooted in the media, education, and charity sectors, is fueled by a mission to inspire and empower the next generation of diverse voices.
Maleena’s coaching approach is all about creating a safe space where guidance and support flow naturally, helping individuals shift from what they feel they have to do to what their souls are dying to create. She passionately supports the development of confidence, strategic thinking and personal growth, fostering a ripple effect of empowerment in an industry hungry for more Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Sharan is a dynamic consultant and facilitator with a deep commitment to social justice, education, and the empowerment of marginalised communities. With a wealth of experience in learning experience design, development and delivery, Sharan specialises in crafting impactful Education, Development, and Training projects both in the UK and internationally.
Her work is rooted in a profound understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion and she is dedicated to creating spaces where marginalised voices are heard, valued, and uplifted. Sharan’s expertise extends to anti-racism and anti-oppression facilitation, where she collaborates with teams to challenge systemic racism and foster environments of collective accountability.
Sharan’s passion for empowering young people is evident in her work with diverse youth aged 7-25 across schools, colleges, care systems, and prisons. She also leads #IamRemarkable workshops, inspiring women and marginalised groups to recognise and celebrate their achievements.
